Saya menyimpan stok ubat agak banyak. Anggran 6 months supply, sebab bila beli banyak dapat diskaun lebih. Bila saya nak bersara stok ubat ini tak kan habis dalam 2 bulan ini. 

Saya cuba jual pada farmasi dan GP berdekatan, tapi mereka punya ubat tersendiri.

Saya terbaca di Facebook Klinik Insan Avenue Ampang yang menerima ubat lebihan untuk golongan B40 dan pelarian. Saya message Dr.Jefri Irwan bersama list ubat yang saya berhajat untuk derma.

Dua hari kemudian Dr. Mohd Ariff kawan kepada Dr.Jefri datang untuk melihat stok ubat.

Oleh kerana ubat itu agak banyak, tidak muat untuk kereta Alza. Dr. Ariff menghubugi MyLori

Pukul 3petag lori 3tan sanpai, memunggah kesemua stok ubat.

I contact the UEP Green Resources for disposing the old record.

They came in with three staff that did the shreeding in the lorry parked beside the clnic.

Since 2007, the records have been computerized, and I no longer use the card..

The computer server will be kept in a safe place for 7 years (2032) - as instructed by CKAPS - KKM.

RETIRE - BERSARA

Setelah beroprasi selama 34 tahun , (klinik buka pada 1 April 1991). 

Klinik ini akan ditutup

Tarikh: seawal 30 Jun 2025, selewat 31/12/2025.

Sebab di tutup:-

(i)      Owner telah berusia. Practice secara solo, tidak mampu buka pada waktu malam.

(ii)     Owner sudah tiada lagi semangat. No motivation /enthusiasm to work.

(iii)    Owner sudah tiada obligation/tanggungan - semua anak sudah berkerja semua hutang telah langsai. Isteri juga sudah bersara dan berpencen.

(iv)    Bangunan rumah kedai ini disewa, sangat uzur dan tidak pernah diselengara oleh pemilik.

Itu sebab saya tak cari doktor baru ambil alih klinik ini.

(v)     Penat jadi PIC dan doctor sekali gus. Semua urusan pentadbiran kena buat sendiri.

Banyak peraturan baru dalam pengurusan klinik seperti:-

a) Perlu meyenarai dan pamir harga ubat di klinik.

b) Patuh pada Data Protection.

c) Karenah billing dengan Third Party Admistrator. (PMcare, Health Connect, Etica, Mediexpress,  ASP dll)

d) Perlu mendapat sijil kelulusan kelayakan berkhatan(C&P).

e) Perlu mematuhi e-invois oleh LHDN.

(vi)    Banyak klinik baru tumbuh bagai cendawan selepas hujan. Kek terpaksa dibahagi ramai, jadi patient berkurangan dengan ketara.

(vii)   Lebih baik bersara sementara kesihatan masih sihat. Jangan bersara bila badan dah bongkok.

Bangunan buruk - no maintanance

After operating for 34 years (the clinic opened on April 1, 1991), the clinic will be closed.

Date: as early as June 30, 2025, and as late as December 31, 2025.

Reason for closing:-

1. The owner is already old and operates a solo practice, which prevents him from opening at night.

2. The owner is no longer motivated and lacks the enthusiasm to work.

3. The owner no longer has any obligations; the children are already employed, and all debts have been settled. The wife is also retired and receives a pension.

4. The shop building is rented, in a state of disrepair, and has never been maintained by the owner. For this reason, I am not seeking a new doctor to take over this clinic.

5. I am exhausted from my dual role as a Person In Charge (PIC) and a doctor. I must handle all administrative tasks independently. There are numerous new regulations in clinic management, including the requirement to list the price of medicines in the clinic, comply with data protection laws, manage billing with Third Party Administrators, needing to obtain a certificate of approval for circumcision eligibility (C&P), and adhere to e-invoicing requirements set by the LHDN.

6. Many new clinics spring up like mushrooms after the rain. The cake had to be shared among many people, so the number of patients decreased significantly.

7. It is better to retire while one's health is still good. Don't retire when your body is already sick.

Bilik Rawatan / minor operation / berkhatan / circumcision 

Peti sejuk untuk vaksin /cold-chain, Vaccines available - Typhim Vi (injection Typhoid - Food handlers), Nimenrix - meningococcal (injection Umrah). Juga menyimpan ubat titis mata dan alat UPT (urine pregnnacy test). Suhu peti sejuk dicatat 2 kali sehari (pagi dan petang) mengunakan digital thermometer.

COVID-19: Staying Safe in General Practice – Air Circulation

The aircon should be blowing from the doctor towards the patient (Figures 1 and 2). This will reduce the risk of exposure. Further, it is also recommended that the doctor attending to a patient in a GP practice should wear surgical masks and a face shield. This is because in the GP practice, there is usually no triage counter and all patients should be treated as suspected COVID19 patients. If the doctor is performing an Aerosol Generating Procedure, then an N95 mask should be worn instead of the surgical mask.

I just open the door of consultation room to let the air flow out, and I can see the waiting patient outside. I only close the door when doing Ultra Sound of ante-natal patient, and do it quickly not more than 10 minutes.
