Klinik ini akan ditutup
Tarikh: seawal 30 Jun 2025, selewat 31/12/2025.
Sebab di tutup:-
(i) Owner telah berusia. Practice secara solo, tidak mampu buka pada waktu malam.
(ii) Owner sudah tiada lagi semangat. No motivation /enthusiasm to work.
(iii) Owner sudah tiada obligation/tanggungan - semua anak sudah berkerja semua hutang telah langsai. Isteri juga sudah bersara dan berpencen.
(iv) Bangunan rumah kedai ini disewa, sangat uzur dan tidak pernah diselengara oleh pemilik.
Itu sebab saya tak cari doktor baru ambil alih klinik ini.
(v) Penat jadi PIC dan doctor sekali gus. Semua urusan pentadbiran kena buat sendiri.
Banyak peraturan baru dalam pengurusan klinik seperti:-
a) Perlu meyenarai dan pamir harga ubat di klinik.
b) Patuh pada Data Protection.
c) Karenah billing dengan Third Party Admistrator. (PMcare, Health Connect, Etica, Mediexpress, ASP dll)
d) Perlu mendapat sijil kelulusan kelayakan berkhatan(C&P).
e) Perlu mematuhi e-invois oleh LHDN.
(vi) Banyak klinik baru tumbuh bagai cendawan selepas hujan. Kek terpaksa dibahagi ramai, jadi patient berkurangan dengan ketara.
(vii) Lebih baik bersara sementara kesihatan masih sihat. Jangan bersara bila badan dah bongkok.

After operating for 34 years (the clinic opened on April 1, 1991), the clinic will be closed.

Reason for closing:-
1. The owner is already old and operates a solo practice, which prevents him from opening at night.
2. The owner is no longer motivated and lacks the enthusiasm to work.
3. The owner no longer has any obligations; the children are already employed, and all debts have been settled. The wife is also retired and receives a pension.
4. The shop building is rented, in a state of disrepair, and has never been maintained by the owner. For this reason, I am not seeking a new doctor to take over this clinic.
5. I am exhausted from my dual role as a Person In Charge (PIC) and a doctor. I must handle all administrative tasks independently. There are numerous new regulations in clinic management, including the requirement to list the price of medicines in the clinic, comply with data protection laws, manage billing with Third Party Administrators, needing to obtain a certificate of approval for circumcision eligibility (C&P), and adhere to e-invoicing requirements set by the LHDN.
6. Many new clinics spring up like mushrooms after the rain. The cake had to be shared among many people, so the number of patients decreased significantly.
7. It is better to retire while one's health is still good. Don't retire when your body is already sick.
